I had an amazing experience at Innovative Endodontics Dr. Estes and her Assistant Emily were very nice,gentle I was referred to them by Crowfield Family Dental and with in 2 hours they were able to give me a root canal I walked out of there with no pain even after the Novocain wore off. My care coordinator at the front desk, who was Miss Lucy was was very inviting and helpful.

I highly recommend this whole team, they made a not so fun experience very easy to deal with. Thank you all so much for your support

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Umbach, Madison, and Amber. The facility was beautiful and sparkling clean, making me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. I had lots of questions, and they were all answered professionally and promptly. They got me an appointment quickly.

My tooth felt better right away, and has felt great since my procedure. They even called me after to follow up and check on me. While I hope to never need another root canal, I won’t hesitate to return to Innovative Endodontics again if I do.

Each time I have visited the office or received calls regarding my appointments, etc. , has been a warm and positive experience. My most recent visit was 6/25/25. Ms. Lucy, the patient care coordinator, extended the most courteous greeting and guided me through the digital paperwork I needed to complete. She had spoken to me the day before and was kind and warm on the phone; however, it was a pleasure to see her face and experience such care and authenticity.

Both Perla and Dr. Estes continued the 5-star customer service as well when I went for x-rays and the consult. Perla guided me through the x-ray process and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciated how attentive she was to me. Dr. Estes is a rare jewel and exemplifies those qualities that endears a patient to his/her doctor.

She was genuinely interested in my care and took the time to clearly explain my options and answer all questions I posed. Her warm spirit coupled with her professionalism is reassuring when faced with making oral health decisions. I highly recommend Dr. Estes and her AMAZING staff for your endodontic needs. They provide top-notch service!

Dr Estes and her staff make you feel welcome from entering the door. The office clerk (Lucy) was warm and pleasant with her greeting. Dental assistant (Perla) was wonderful in making sure I was comfortable. The Estes you really Rock explaining the procedure as well as telling me step by step on what you were performing on my tooth. Customer service EXEMPLARY! Thanks you.
