The treatment and service I received at Innovative Endodontics was excellent. This is how all doctor offices should be. It felt like I was at a spa instead of a drab doctors office. Upon arrival I was greeted by Haley who advised of me what procedures were scheduled and the cost. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Doctor Lee and her assistant Destiny were wonderful. The procedure was relatively painless and quick. I would highly recommend to my family and friends to use Innovative Endodontics for dental care.

I got a root canal done today by Dr. Lee and the process was a breeze! She explained everything in detail before the procedure and I was able to look at the X-rays and such with her prior to starting. Destiny was also very helpful when taking my scans and assisting Dr. Lee.

Everything was done efficiently and I was in and out with no issues! Dr. Lee also explained all steps for after the procedure in detail. Haley at the front desk was very helpful in explaining all insurance coverage prior to the procedure as well. The office is extremely welcoming and clean which was comforting as well!

I cannot recommend Innovative Endodontics and Dr. Estes enough! The entire experience with this practice was completely centered around patient care from my first phone call, to the visit & the follow up call I received the next day to check on me. The staff, and I mean every single staff member was incredibly kind, caring & professional. Dr. Estes will always have a special place in my heart from how kind she was with me, someone with extreme dental work phobia.

I came in shaking, anxious and on the verge of tears due to my anxiety around dental work. She was warm & kind, putting me to ease with her demeanor right away. She took the time to explain everything to me, check on me during the root canal and kept giving me positive affirmations during the entire procedure. For me, the dentist has always been a fear and I’ve experienced some dentist who don’t cater to anxieties, only making it worse. But Dr.

Estes reminded me that there are dentist out there that do care to make you feel comfortable, safe & understood. I’d recommend this practice to anyone needing a root canal with confidence that you’ll be in great hands.

I was pleasantly surprised. I have had lots of root canals in my lifetime, but this experience was peaceful. Dr. Lee is very skilled and takes her time. Destiny assisted and was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable during the entire procedure. Haley was helpful and professional too! I highly recommend Innovative Endodontics MB.
