Explicitly urge for a root canal even though there was no pain. 3 years later, cracked on stump and chipping of porcelain crown cause infection to my gum and required extraction. Worst dental practice. They place profits over patient’s wellbeing. Do not trust this practice and always ask for a second opinion.

At first he was cool and nice but he quickly became SUPER rude and the cleaning was so fast, and did a bad job, he told me to tilt my head down more when I was pressing my chin into my throat alr and couldn’t tilt more, then left a very rude comment to me at the end after he wanted me to open my mouth wider then it physically can.

The X-ray they took were also very small and did not show anything

Dr. Lo was professional and courteous. He explained my situation clearly and patiently answered all my questions. Overall great bedside manners.

Please do note though that the wait is long even if you have set a prior appointment, due to the nature of walk-ins and the fact that they deep clean the area after each patient. The front desk workers apologized for the wait time, even though it was not their fault. Overall, great staff, just wish the wait wasn't so long.
