Everyone was so kind! The receptionist worked to get me an appointment and was so nice and helpful, the hygienist was friendly and very gentle and took a lot of time cleaning my teeth, and the dentist was easy going and funny and made me feel at ease. I have chronic neck problems and they made sure I was comfortable in the chair. Like a lot of adults, I have reservations about going to the dentist after bad experiences when I was young but I'm confident I will be treated well here and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My teeth feel amazing and look better too.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. They sent my denture back to the lab 5 times and they could not get it right. Dr. Smith got very angry and said he was going to drop me as a patient cause he can't help me. . . . ???? He's the one that talked me into this and then he's going to drop me as a patient. . . . ???? I don't think so. I made them send them back to the lab again, and again, the denture was still not right.

So I dropped them. I had nothing but trouble with my denture from day one. Dr. Smith kept blaming the lab, then go with a different lab. They never got it right and now I have to go to someone else. Dr. Smith said he would give me my money back, that was two weeks, still haven't received my money back. I would NOT, NEVER, recommend Dr. Smith to anyone. . It's making me put at least one star, I would not give him even a thumbs up.

First time I've been to a dental office in years where I felt cared for! Dr Smith was so good to explain everything and give advice on things that could be improved or continued. Hygienist was excellent! Couldn't have asked for a better one!! I was referred to this office by a friend and am so glad I got in to see them.

I, like a lot of other people, do not like going to the dentist. Dr. Smith and his staff made the visit very pleasant. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
