Worst dentist in tri cities Dr. Mullins messed up my mouth now they want more money to fix his mistake. When you pay him the amount of money I did just to have problems and because he retired they don't want to deal with it. Think before you partner with someone.

They got me in (same day) when everyone else had a month wait for an appointment. My face was swollen and my tooth was infected and had to be pulled. The dentist did a great job. He was quick too. Everyone on staff, from the receptionist to the dentist, was friendly, understanding, and kind. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist.

This dentist office I have been going to since I was a small child has literally turned me away and advised me to go elsewhere because of basically covid-19 issues and because of that , I am now being shewed practically in my worst time of need for them to see me for the umpteenth time since covid hit. And now it's gotten to the point to where way more work is going to have to be done thanks to their poor "taking care of your patient" front desk/lady answering the phone person SUCKS at figuring out part of the job problems .
