They did dental work, an onlay, that required a pre-authorization but failed to get a preauthorization then charged me for all the work when the claim was denied. They did not submit appropriate documentation to the insurer to have the work approved even after being asked, they only submitted the same documentation they sent initially. I'm looking for a new dentist now.

I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is smiling, music is great and staff is professional. Twice my 3 year old and I have gotten Jen for our routine cleanings. She is wonderful and has such a calmness to her that makes my 3 year old take right up to her.

My regular dentist was going to let me suffer with a broken top front tooth until the end of January 2025! I called Dr. Carter’s office on Thursday. The following Monday I walked out of his office with my smile back and a skip in my step!!! I told him he has a new patient. Thank you Dr. Carter and staff. Be blessed!!

Highly recommend Dr Carter and his staff. I broke a tooth on Sunday mid day. Called the office. Got the emergency number and Dr Carter called back in 5 minutes. Got me in Monday morning and determined I needed some bridge work. In less than an hour, I was on my way with a temporary bridge and super happy with the entire process.
Shawn already had my insurance info and what was for me to pay. I left another dentist office because that stopped being personable. I can never say that about Dr Carter. Again, A BIG SHOUT OUT TO DR CARTER AND HIS STAFF.
