I have had the most amazing first experience at a new Dentist. I have a very sensitive mouth I cringe at getting cleanings. Its usually a bad experience for me, for a very long time now. I explained the situation to the receptionist she explained the situation to Denise the hygienist. Denise is the sweetest, nicest woman. She was very patient, took her time went through everything that she does.
I try not to jinx myself, but I couldn’t believe that it wasn’t so awful as I was sitting there, it was an almost pleasant experience for me. It was the best today so I am so happy! Dr. Ickowicz came in to check my mouth, he is always a nice guy. I already know him from our neighborhood and I am so happy to now be a patient of his.

Like many people, I have a genuine fear of the Dentist. So much, that I would opt to be in pain rather than see a dentist. Knowing this, on my first visit Dr. John made sure to alleviate my fears by informing me on what he was going to do every step of the way. He is a genuinely kind human being who takes the time to answer any and all questions you may have in order to make you feel at ease.
He even called me at home after a procedure to see how I was feeling … a true professional. The office is very clean. His staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who is looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

Dr. John is very nice and caring, very personable and professional. He has gone out of his way when I developed an infection and needed immediate attention. He even called me at home to check on me to see how I was due to the infection (who does that?!). The dental hygienist was very nice as well, did a great job with my cleaning.
Office staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me submit a claim with my insurance even though it was out of network. Making an appointment was easy, the women are so nice at the front desk. I highly recommend this office!

Dr John and his staff are great! I have Dentist anxiety and they always make sure I'm comfortable and set me at ease! They keep their appointments on time and the office is always spotless! I would highly recommend to anyone!
