New to the area. First time at this practice for routine cleaning. The ambience in this office is lacking. I am unsure who cleaned my teeth as the person never told me who she was. I am fairly certain that it was Jayme Horres, the dentist. Bizarre. Super rough on my teeth with antiquated equipment.
My mouth was bleeding. I don't have unhealthy gums. I had to get up when she was done to rinse out at a sink that was quite a ways away from where I'd sat. The cleanliness of that area was questionable. I won't be back.
