This is my first time coming to Junction dental care. The facility was super clean and the staff was extremely nice. Dr. Ozcelebi explained everything thoroughly. When Dr. Ozcelebi was cleaning my teeth she was gentle. I am very pleased with Junction Dental Care.

I wasn’t the patient, just witness to a rude front desk staff. especially to clients who’s first language isn’t English. From reading the other reviews for this location, not hard to see the common denominator being desk staff attitude.

I am over 18, so my old dentist couldn’t attend me anymore so I came here looking for a new dentist. Made an appointment, stopped by in January and they told me i needed a tooth filling because apparently they found 2 cavities (first time ever, so I had no clue what the procedure of that was). The day of the appointment, I was told rudely that I couldn’t bring a companion (it was my mom!). And another thing, I don’t do well in the dentist, I get very nervous. The doctor was very rude and condescending and called me childish. If you’re going to be in this field as a nurse, doctor, dentist, surgeon, etc.

, you’re supposed to know how to keep your patient calm and be patient. Fast forward until April, my filling hurts and I can’t eat on one side. I still feel like I didn’t need a filling because they’re money hungry. I should’ve listened to my gut and had gone to get a second opinion because I still think that I didnt have a cavity, even if it cost me.

I had the opportunity to visit this dental office twice, both with my husband and my daughter Cecilia. However, today my experience was very negative. First, I was told that children are not allowed, although I was never informed of this before, and I didn’t see any sign during my previous visits. Additionally, I was told I made a mistake when writing the names on the registration form, but no one explained that I needed to flip the page. I believe it’s the receptionist’s responsibility to ensure the form is completed correctly and to provide clear instructions.

Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to leave because I wasn’t allowed to stay with my daughter, which was very frustrating. To top it off, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee, which wasn’t fair since the situation wasn’t made clear from the start. Because of all of this, I’ve decided not to return to this office.
