My children were patients there for 9 plus years and after having a family emergency and not being able to go in. They try to penalize us by telling us. We have to do a walk in as I am apparent. And I do work trying to just pop in every day with just one of my kids is not even realistic.

Just think they are a little unfair out of all the years my 3 kids were with them. I've maybe missed 3 appointments. That is a little unfair to them. My Kids are trying to find a new dentist and having a very hard time but they care about their patients at just for me pediatrics 😬

Such a cool place where they really care about our kiddos! They work around families schedules and make it easy to set appointments. I am grateful for their patience with my kiddo who has a disability their patience and care comforts me as mom. Best place in Buffalo
