Disgusting, filthy place. The dentist, Morsy Hussein, was cross contaminating everything. He touched everything with his gloves on and never changed them out. No one was working except him. No one answering phones, no dental assistant, no one.
Just him. He was wearing a face mask that was also filthy like he had it on all week. Oh yeah, the place was absolutely filthy and unsanitary. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from Dr. Morsy. He gave me a root canal that left me on antibiotics for a long time, and did nothing to fix his mistake. It's been six months and he has been no help. I'm in incredible pain and he does not care. He's incompetent and doesn't hold himself accountable. Please protect your health and stay away.

My 75 year old mother went for her first visit to this facility and was treated very rudely , the care was not efficient and to cancel a appointment was impossible due to voicemail box was full several times even today when i called to request a copy of her x-rays . The person who attended the call asked me why she needed a copy of the x-rays . The person who answered the call Ms. Janet didn't even verify HIPPA which is against the law and their facility could be fined do to not verify and disclosing Personal Medical information .
I work in the Medical field and trust when i tell you i would not even have my dog treated here . i will also be filling a formal complaint as oi am mandated by the state to report them to compliance. Do not go here for treatment very unprofessional.

STAY AWAY! We had an appointment scheduled and the receptionist is a complete idiot. We wasted over an hour proving my mother's dental insurance was active. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to listen and was calling the wrong insurance company and giving the wrong ID number. She is miserable and does not want to work. She appeared to be upset that her Instagram scrolling was interrupted.
This is the worst customer service ever. We left after proving my mother's coverage because we took it as a warning of how awful the rest of the service would be. The receptionist was disgusting to every patient that came in.
