DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE I went to this dental office 2 years ago because they were accepting Medicaid. The doctor told me that I have some cavities that need attention. So they put SILVER filling in half of my teeth!!! SILVER!! Who does Silver fillings anymore??? This is so outdated and looks terrible. Why they didn’t ask me if I want it? If I knew how bad would it look I would say HELL NO! I am a 27 years old women and every time I smile you can see that oxidized silver in my mouth.

So two years later I went to a good doctor, who was also shocked when she saw silver. She asked me why silver??? I asked her to remove it and use porcelain so it’s not that noticeable. When she removed it she discovered a huge cavity under it that wasn’t cleaned and filled properly. Because of that doctor said they I need a crown, because my tooth is very damaged by that cavity.

It cost me $1500 to fix this. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Rather spend money and go to people who actually know what they do and care.

I’ve been coming here for about a year, seeing Dr. Moi Li. I’m a big fan! Growing up, my aunt and uncle were my dentists, so I’ve had it easy. But now that they have retired, I’ve been to a few different dentists in NYC. It’s hard to find a dentist that I can trust, but I feel I have found one in Dr.

Li. She has a conservative approach to treatment — only suggesting work such as fillings when it is truly needed. I feel that she is treating me as a human patient, rather than trying to make money off me. The office also accepts my insurance — their window says that they accept most insurance!

I am absolutely frustrated with the front desk service at this dental clinic. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was completely overlooked and ended up waiting for over an hour. The front desk staff was not only rude but also incredibly unprofessional and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. It felt like they simply didn’t care.

This level of carelessness and poor attitude is unacceptable for a professional healthcare setting. I hope the clinic takes this complaint seriously and improves their staff’s training and accountability.

Impatient receptionist Bad bedside manner from the male dentist, who was still chewing his food from his lunch and you can see all the food between his teeth, very unpleasant, at least wear a mask for god’s sake. He was very mono tone and spoke to his assistant about my teeth (negatively) in English thinking I was not an English speaker.

Job was done in a hurry, this experience was so bad that I will never to any dentist in sunset park.
