We have been going to this dentist office since 2020, and Dr. Rider has been fantastic with our kids. However, more recently the experience of the front office and staff has declined considerably as we've run into our first dental emergency that needed a tooth extraction and another filling. The office has no "Need" appointments for 90 days+ and are not great at communicating with patients.

We have constantly had to call, push, and beg to get our children in and satisfactory results. The office staff doesn't seem to understand their business runs on the clients that visit their office. Very frustrating.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Rider for 11 years now. We are Cincinnati residents but drive the distance to Dr. Rider’s office every six months. Dr. Rider’s office staff are amazing and ALWAYS exemplify admirable customer service! Dr. Rider possesses a warm and inviting demeanor. He exhibits immense competency in his line of work. Overall, he is absolutely great with my daughter!

I thought I found the perfect dentist for my kids until we ran into a dental emergency. I scheduled a appointment for my daughter waking up with tooth pain very frequently. We get to the appointment they did the cleaning, fluoride treatment (no xray) but planned to get her out of pain and extract the teeth. Get to the front desk who scheduled this out 3 months. For a child whos having trouble eating and sleeping! I couldnt wait immediately after leaving the appointment I started calling other pediatric dentist, one was able to get her right in. They took xrays and agreed the teeth should be extracted.

Worst part though thr xrays showed the infection in both teeth and she was put on antibotics. Dr Kelty didnt even say a word even though I stressed to her the pain wakes her up at night. Im so glad I got a second opionon rather then waiting for the infection to spread. I dont think I'll ever be back. Its just not fair to not give good quality dental care especially in medical emergencies.
