The receptionists were courteous and efficient, making the administrative aspects of the visit smooth and hassle-free.

They even followed up after my appointment to check on my recovery, which demonstrated a level of care and attention to patients that is hard to find. Overall, my experience at this dental office was outstanding, thanks to the great staff, Dr. Pinkatz's expertise, and the exceptional client service. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental care.

I had one of the worst dental experiences at this clinic. I went in two months ago and had X-rays done. After that, the hygienist assistant started aggressively pushing Invisalign on me, telling me I needed it ASAP or my teeth would become inflamed completely inappropriate and fear-based. When I declined, her attitude changed. She was rough during the cleaning, splashed water on my face multiple times, and was anything but gentle. The dentist then told me I needed a root canal and that they would check with my insurance.

Two months later, they called me back in only to tell me they couldn’t even do the procedure and needed to refer me somewhere else. Why bring me back at all if you hadn’t figured that out? To make things worse, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful both visits. The entire experience was a waste of my time, energy, and money. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone
