They were effective in their process of cleaning teeth. The staff were a little different from our first visit which did the best they could with my resistant younger child. The environment is set up to be child friendly with tv on ceiling. My older child was anxious but participated nicely with the staff and tried to follow prompts and directions from the hygiene and dental staff.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. Unfortunately, I found the service at the front desk to be lacking. The staff changed my son’s appointment time from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM without my consent, despite our arrival at 9:18 AM. Their attitude was also not very pleasant.

However, I would like to commend Mariam from the backend team. She was friendly and flexible, which made our experience much better.

My 3 year old son went in for a check up. The doctors were very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff were kind as well. We had a great experience overall and most certainly coming back.

When you have small children, it's very difficult to choose the right places to go. This was the second time we went just for a teeth cleaning and I'm not happy with the behavior of everyone in a row. It feels like you've entered a robot clinic and there's no professionalism with children. When someone chooses to work with children, they have to be very calm, patient, and above all, smiling, to give the child warmth and confidence that they'll feel good, which didn't happen the two times we went there. When you ask them something because you need to know more about your child of course, they turn to you in a robotic way and something else also unprofessional they speak to each other in Russian so that you don't understand what they are saying while you speak English and expect an English answer. .

A total disappointment. . . I feel sorry for the children who were lined up scared and didn't get a single fake smile at least!!!! I'm seriously checking for another clinic so that my child feels better from the moment he enters the door until the end. The only person who was very polite was the girl at reception but i don’t know her name 2 stars are only for her. Please people smile and be polite is for free and explain to mama’s they are stressed already with little kids ,everything will be perfect for both!!!! Now i go here with mos son and he is so happy and can’t wait to see Dr Tetiana 2281 82nd St, Brooklyn, NY 11214 City Kids Dentistry I am so happy my friend recommended this family dentist office and doc Dr Tetiana Bass became my son’s favorite from the very first visit.

She does an excellent job and the way she talks to my child is amazing , she even managed to put 2 crown and convinced him , seriously i’m impressed with her . Last but not least office personnel assistant and other staff , always polite and very professional. I recommend dr Tetiana 10/10 Highly recommend. .
