I was a patient of this office for 20 years. I had a root canal started by DR. Demiligio in April. I was made to wait 6 weeks to finish it. In the meantime, the temp filling broke.

I went back to DR demiligo's and another dentist saw me in the office as that's who they booked me with. This DRM said I should have come in sooner although I don't control appointments. My insurance was charged 2 times for an exam for this tooth and I only have 3 per year. I went back yesterday for an appointment and was made to wait 45 mins for the dentist to say he can't finish as in his words I have a lot going on with the tooth and he is too busy. I am now left with temp filling, still in pain.

And no insurance to cover it as he already charged my insurance for the root canal and insurance won't pay twice for the same tooth. This man does not care about his patients only money. Demiligio said to me that I shouldn't have seen the other dentist in his office that his staff booked me with and they had every right to charge me for another exam.

When arriving at a dentist office, you want staff to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you might have about your teeth/gums. This dental office is just the place! At King East Dental Care, everyone is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make their patients feel that level of comfort they deserve.

Not to mention it's a stunning office, it's very clean, and COVID protocols are always in place. Special shoutout to my hygienist Diana she's awesome!

My former dentist rolled his practice into King East Dental on retirement, so I am an adopted patient. I continued here because the staff are professional and friendly and the dental care up to the same standards of excellence I had previously enjoyed. I have taken other family members and highly recommend.
