My name is Mr. Gannaway I just had an exceptional experience at Kings family dentistry office. Despite arriving late, I was seen before others who were already waiting, which shows how efficiently they manage their schedule.

The entire process was quick, painless, and incredibly professional. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and so comfortable that I almost dozed off in the chair! At 35 years old, I can confidently say this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful, with little knowledge of insurance roles, The dentist lack experience, performing only basic procedures. To improve service, consider firing all the front desk staff specifically that Indian guy, and replacing them with more professional individuals who are respectful to patients and skilled in insurance policies.

Overall, a very bad experience, not recommended

I rarely give reviews but this place is the worst customer experience ever. It was complicated to schedule and confirm insurance. They had to try multiple times. The first appointment, they forgot. So they called to reschedule. The second appointment, after it was scheduled and my insurance was confirmed, they had to change because the doctor wasn’t going to show.

My third appointment which is today, I got multiple text messages. I show up at 4/26 at 4 pm and the place is closed. Called, no answer. Sent email, no response. Is this the place you want to get your dentistry?
