I had all wisdom teeth removed here and their partner location on 8th avenue 9 years ago. This was one of the most inhumane and traumatic medical experiences I’ve ever had. I was never introduced nor acknowledge by the performing doctor. Staff were discussing lunch instead as if I wasn’t even there.

Meanwhile they were just hammering away at my jaw to extract my teeth without any communication as to what to expect. I felt like a piece of meat being cycled through their insurance filter.

I am not one to usually write reviews, but this place is absolutely absurd in how they operate and is the definition of being a DISASTER. All the employees have no professionalism, noting that the receptionist does not greet anyone and simply expects you to sign your name on the sign in sheet and wait for your name to be called. Expect to also wait at least 1-2 hours from your appointment time to be able to see a dentist. The dentist was extremely arrogant and condescending. As someone who works in healthcare myself, this is the definition of someone who does not belong in such setting. Dr.

Lee does not have any bedside manner and was about to send me home without a dental cleaning as I had gone elsewhere in August and hence was not at the 6 month mark for insurance to cover a cleaning. However, I told her that it was through a different insurance and so she agreed to do the cleaning. In essence, all the "patients" are treated as transactions so they can maximize the amount they can bill insurance. I will be reporting any additional unwarranted charges to my insurance as this is absolute fraud and they should not even be open as a dental office. Dr. Lee does takes no more than 2 minutes to seemingly scrape through teeth and does not care if it hurts the patient.

I was wincing and signaling that I was in pain but she proceeded to continue to drill through with no comment. She did not exhibit any mannerisms of being empathetic, care, or basic human respect. I will not be returning here and I hope all patients alike can find better dental care than this dumpster of a place. Such a shame that this place even exists. Please avoid at all costs.

So my mom has an appt made since May. We haven't heard any calls to confirm today's appt. So I called 3x and no one answered. Fearing the office is closed, my mom walked there earlier prior to appt to find out. Good thing we live close by but imagine if a patient lives farther away. . Anyway, office was open. My mom came back home upset, telling me, the woman at reception was very rude . Mom asked why isn't anyone picking up phone. Woman says she's busy or it's busy today.

Then, mom asked about her appt. Woman says maybe mom don't have an appt. Mom shows her the appt card. Woman says she didn't write that or use that pen. That PERHAPS MOM WROTE IT HERSELF! Wtfh. Who says that! Not to mention Dr. Ho only works once a week and we made this appt 3 months back. It's not like we knew his schedule to come on this very day 3 months later on our own time!?. . how can she talk back to a senior! So I went with my mom back to the office for her actual appt and I was ready to clasp back at the woman for disrespecting my mother.

However, office was full , ppl standing because there's no seat available. No one at front desk because there's a sign that says lunch break. Sign in book looks dangerous because it's out in the open for all to see with patient info. An impatient man actually went behind the reception side to check when its his turn 🙄! They have cameras there too btw. And yes, the whole time we waited in the waiting area, phones were ringing, that woman, after coming back from lunch refuses to pick up phone. Other patients had complained about trying to call in, and all that woman said to them was , "yah, it's busy here". Seeing all these nonsensical happenings, i decided to just write a review because I can't and do not want to waste my breath anymore. Let karma decide what's wrong here.
