Korch Orthodontics is a great place to receive Orthodontic treatment. The service has been excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor and staff were patient with my child and helped guide us through the treatment plan and answer all of our questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Korch to anyone looking for Orthodontic treatment! My braces came off in 2020, just before the pandemic, and three of my children have been seen here over the years as well. Our family has benefitted greatly from Dr. Korch and her wonderful staff! The office staff are very kind and welcoming and have been a pleasure to work with both in person and on the phone.
They are quick to help when we've had needs in between appointments. Plans and procedures are always explained thoroughly and patiently, with lots of encouragement and positivity. We have been very happy with our treatments and results, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Many thanks to Dr. Korch and her staff!

I would not recommend this business. I was in braces for about 3 years. I have a missing incisor which took significant effort to create a gap for a future implant. I do commend Dr. Korch on ensuring that I was out of braces for my senior photos. While I appreciate Korch Orthodontics for caring for me and accommodating for my unique dental situation and I had an overall decent experience during my care, there are a few things that left me very upset upon leaving. First, the tech that often worked on me had long acrylic nails that would stab my gums. I feel as though there should be a limit to nail length to prevent that, because it left me in more pain each time my braces were tightened. Second, when my braces were removed, Dr. Korch filed my canines flat without notifying me(or my parent, I was a minor) or asking permission.
I am very upset about this, because I feel that I should have had the choice. You should not file away parts of a patients teeth irreversibly without at least notifying them. My canines were untouched throughout my entire time in braces, so they did not affect my bite and this was a purely cosmetic decision made without my consent. Additionally, the bottom retainer I was provided and instructed to wear for the rest of my life after getting my braces off was a thin plastic Invisalign. I grind my teeth at night and made them aware of this. I chewed through it in my sleep within three months. I begged for an acrylic retainer because constantly replacing the Invisalign was absurd and something I couldn’t afford, but they said it was standard practice to have an Invisalign bottom retainer and the only alternative they offered was selling me a bite guard to wear at night. Dr. Korch was curt and disrespectful to me when I inquired about this. Another thing to pay ridiculous amounts of money on and another encumbrance in my mouth.
How could it possibly be a reasonable standard practice to offer such a flimsy retainer for nighttime wear after braces? It just seemed like a money grab. An acrylic retainer would have lasted me the rest of my life and allowed me to sleep comfortably. I write this review several years after receiving care here because I still think about how this experience made me feel. There were things this business did great to make patients feel special and valued, but I feel as if they fell short in areas that really mattered to me. I feel as though because I was a teen, I was not allowed to advocate for myself at this establishment and was treated dismissively. I miss my natural canines and I feel as if my money was wasted. I know that this negative review is one of very few, but this was my honest experience.

I was a patient of 2 years back in 2018-2020 and I WOULD NEVER EVER USE KORCH AGAIN. Korch orthodontics not only kept me in my braces extra long for no medical reason during COVID using the pandemic as an excuse to push it months when realistically they would rather have spent their limited appointments at the time installing new braces on customers because it makes them money unlike me who was already paid in full. Also upon the late removal of my braces they ripped the enamel off of two of my teeth and neglected to follow up on it or make it right and I’m still to this day having surgery’s to remove teeth messed up on the behalf of the careless, selfish team at Korch orthodontics.
All this company cares about is money and not their patients. In response to a reply from Korch I’d like to just reiterate that my prolonged braces was not because you could not get me in it was you chose to give my appointments to new customers so you could profit. YOU ALSO RUINED 2 of my teeth that have now cost 100’s/1000’s of dollars and multiple surgeries to fix and you neglect to acknowledge that or admit it was because you are not good at what you do.
You should be ashamed to represent any business the way you just responded trying to blame the customer for something you did!
