Dr. Kushnir is one of the best dentist in Brooklyn. She took good care of me and my kids for over 15 years. I even referred many people from my job to check her out. She is very caring and friendly to her patients as well as her Husband and son.

However this receptionist lady with brunette hair and glasses is terrible at her job. This receptionist has no manners and even told me not to schedule my FOLLOW UP appointment because the dentist is too busy. The dentist say one thing and the receptionist does what she wants. Unless they get rid of this person, I’m going to have to look for a new dentist because I cannot take the rudeness for no reason.

I have been a patient at this dental office for over 10 years. Yes you will wait, because she is phenomenal. I would not want to go to a dentist and his waiting room is empty. I would be terrified. You wait, because every patient is treated with the best care. I was so afraid of any dentist. Her whole family is my family. I would fight you about them.

Today was no exception. I had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by the wonderful Oksana. She was so gentle, no pain, nothing. She was so caring. Thank you Oksana, I’m praying for your parents. Stay positive my dear. Thank you for your kindness.

I had an exceptional experience at the Yuliya Kushnir Livingston dental care office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Dr. Yuliya Kushnir is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and answer all my questions. I’ve never felt rushed or uncomfortable during any of my visits.

The level of care and attention to detail are outstanding. I’ve been seeing her many times and can genuinely say my dental health has improved significantly since becoming a patient. The worst dental office ever! I made an appointment with this office weeks ago for 6/27/25. Not once did they ask for insurance just scheduled me in. The day before my appointment I called them MYSELF to confirm my appointment, because they DID NOT. They again did not ask for my insurance. The receptionist wait the DAY OF as I’ve already pulled up to the office to call me and asks for my insurance to then say they don’t take it.

I spent a lot of money on UBER to make it to my appointment for the receptionist to call me as I’m walking in to say they don’t take my insurance. The communication at this dental office sucks. The receptionist acts so nonchalant , didn’t even apologize for the miscommunication.
