HORRIBLE WENT FROM GOOD TO POOR, since when does a patient not have a say in their treatment. I was denied treatment today due to my decline of Lidocaine. Stay away from this trashy excuse for a dental office. Umnoff used to be compassionate, but is now a phony who states he cares, but the actions don't line up.This was very clear today.

Superb experience overall! The office is modern and neat. The stuff is always friendly and helpful. Most important, high level professionals are working there utilizing high end technology tools (really, I've never seen x-ray machine which looks like my photo camera)!

Dr. Umanoff's office is clean and modern, boasting some of the newest dental equipment that I've seen. I am a patient at this office, as well as my father, and we have had generally good experiences with dental procedures both routine and complex.

The staff are friendly and amicable, if maybe a little aggressive with the appointment reminders (you'll never miss your appointment after the 4th call).

About a year ago my wisdom tooth began aching, and I had to look for a good dentist to fix it. The dentist I visited on Ocean parkway suggested no other treatment but tooth extraction. It would be a last resort for me, and I didn’t like his approach to my treatment. Also, he sounded so unprofessional when he was addressing me very informally, which was very rude and a sign of bad manners for the medical business. Anyway, after that “treatment” I kept looking for another dentist online. The choice fell on Dr. Umanoff.

And Bingo! I found my dentist. PROS: 1. Always friendly, professional and efficient front office. 2. I had a treatment I was looking for my wisdom tooth: a) The root canal was done. b) Wonderful Dr. Silvia did tooth onlay using the state of art dental technology.

She kept answering all my questions and concerns regarding this type of teeth restoration until I was fully assured that this treatment would be the best option for my tooth. 3. Dental hygienist Nadya is a real expert in her area and just a nice person to be around. CONS: none.
