Unprofessional and a waste of time- I had an appointment for 2:30, but when I arrived on time no one was in the office… when I finally found the staff in the back, they said “the dr is at lunch, he’ll be with you in about an hour” I’m stunned that I have to say this to a dentist office: show a little bit of respect to your patients and don’t set appointments you can’t keep

Great Dentist!!!!! I was referred to Dr. Guillen by a friend because I was experiencing some discomfort in a molar that had a cavity. Dr. Guillen and his staff took some x-rays examined me and explained my options. Loved my experience with Dr. Guillen and will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a dentist.

Great experience here, I’ve been a patient of Dr. Guillen since I was 13 yrs old. He has gentle hands, is thorough and explains everything throughout the different procedures (cleaning, braces, root canals, ect) and uses the latest equipment to make sure you get the best care you can get.

Great customer service and conveniently located by the subway and bus service. Love the customer service and the goodie bag is a nice touch, highly recommend!!
