My next call will be to the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry. Last year, I visited this office on behalf of my grandfather with precise instructions regarding his needs and his previous issues with a dentist. It was crucial that he had a consistent provider who understood his situation. I believed that my concerns were acknowledged and taken seriously.

However, despite this being his third visit since August, there are no notes in his file regarding his special needs. Additionally, the dentist I originally met with is no longer at the practice, and I was never notified. Since that dentist's departure, his insurance is no longer accepted, and the office now expects him to pay out-of-pocket—something I only discovered because I called. Not only did they fail to inform me, his primary healthcare advocate, but they are also attempting to take advantage of an elderly man by demanding $1,300 for a cleaning instead of properly coordinating with his insurance for payment.

I have canceled his appointment over 20 times, yet they continue to send texts and harass him for appointments due to what they claim is an "oversight. " I will have to report this harassment. Enough is Enough

I was recommended to go here and I’m glad I did. To start, the office is very clean and does not smell like a scary dentist office. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. All questions were answered. So far I’ve gotten a cleaning, images and step one to a dental implant. Procedure went great, I had no pain, the doctor explained each step and made me as comfortable as possible.

Also I love how he educated the assistant and other staff member observing. My experience was the best I ever had. Pain free needle stick as well. Great place I definitely recommend them. Scheduling is great, they accommodate my busy schedule.
