This individual (Yelena Ladyzhenskaya) really deserves a zero rating, but since such option is not available, I will give her a one. First, the work she performs is mediocre at best, so don't expect high quality results. Second, her attitude and mental state are questionable since she can fly off the handle and be extremely rude to her patients. Today, my grandfather (a man in his eighties) came in for a scheduled visit and had to wait forty-five minutes for Yelena to show up.

After letting her know that this type of behavior is unacceptable, he had to endure a barrage of aggression and a refusal of service from this so-called healthcare professional. Yelena ended up kicking my grandfather our of her office simply because a point of holding her accountable was made. The entire ordeal was terrible! I do not recommend anyone using Yelena's services as she is a disgrace to the entire medical and dental profession!

I'm extremely disappointed and sad with the rudeness I experienced at this office. The doctor refused to finish the job after she went on vacation and decide to be rude when you question why you wasn't given a phone call after waiting 3 weeks. Super rude and very unprofessional they speak in Russian so you won't understand. I will definitely like to give this a fat zero instead on a 1 star. 😡

Extremely unprofessional, I wish I could give 0 stars. Yelena doesn't treat her patients with respect. She yelled in my face multiple times and said I was wasting her time while she goes in her office and starts shopping on amazon. Terrible place to go to and terrible service. Don't waste your time and money.

My feedback is extremely positive. I just finished treatment and repair of my teeth in this office. Everyone, from the front desk to the doctors’ assistants and the doctors themselves are very professional and attentive people. I am very pleased with their work.
