I came to Dr. Sakhaee with a mess of a mouth that needed a lot of love and care. . . He gave me a thorough consultation and treatment plan. I am almost one year through my journey, and have had nothing short of a perfect experience. Dr. Sakhaee is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He checks to make sure I am comfortable and not in pain throughout his procedures, he is very gentle.

Everything is clean and sanitary. I am not an easy client, but he is always patient with me. If I have a question or concern, he is just an e mail away- and replies promptly. His staff are welcoming and friendly. I have never felt at ease going to the dentist, until I met Dr. Sakhaee. I drive an hour each way just to see him, and will forever be his client! I highly recommend him for all dental services.

Dr. Sakhaee hands down is the most incredible dentist I had a chance to meet. Always in good spirits, he makes you feel calm and safe in his chair. He is always attentive to the details, for example just recently I had my root canal done and he spent a good amount of time to make sure my mouth was numb enough before he started.

At the the finishing stage of my procedure he made sure everything is perfectly clean by taking multiple X-rays. In his office you never feel rushed but rather always well taken care of.

This is the first time I've ever left a review online but I have never experienced such ridiculous and negligent care at any other medical office in my life. This was my second visit to this practice and I thought I was at the wrong place because of the fancy new office. After my first visit, I consented to a standard SRP after a discussion with the dentist and the office coded the procedure as a surgery, which my insurance denied. No answers from the office as to what happened after calling them multiple times. Then on my second visit, I was greeted by friendly staff and an extremely sweet hygienist in the fancy new office (which is highly effective in getting people in the door).

Then the dentist, Dr. Artin Sakhaee, came in. Worst bedside manner I have ever seen. He denied me a standard SRP and said I only had the option of doing laser out-of-pocket. When I told him I couldn't afford it as a student, he suggested I take out a LOAN -- FOR A DENTAL PROCEDURE.

He said to come back when I was ready for the laser and gave me no alternate options. I'm now being told by my insurance that the office sent out an authorization for bone surgery, which I did not discuss nor consent to. Be aware of your rights as a patient in this office because it seems they're offering unnecessary out-of-pocket procedures while being negligent in failing to offer alternatives or options any other office would have provided, while also billing for incorrect and expensive procedures through Medicaid.

Dr Sakhaee is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. Fit me into his schedule when dealing with an emergency root canal and was very accommodating during my pregnancy. Highly recommend!
