The practice is co-led by Dr. Donn Mettens and Dr. Jared Stewart, both of whom have deep roots in the Northern Kentucky community. Dr. Mettens, a University of Kentucky College of Dentistry graduate (1983) and a Master of The Academy of General Dentistry, has been practicing for over 30 years and established the practice at its current location in 1994. Dr. Stewart, a University of Louisville School of Dentistry graduate (2015) and a former US Army dentist, joined the practice in 2021 and purchased it in 2020. Both dentists are committed to continuous learning and utilize cutting-edge technology to provide advanced treatment methods. The clinic offers a wide range of comprehensive dental services, including preventive dentistry (check-ups, cleanings, sealants, nutritional counseling, sleep/snore dentistry), implant dentistry (single-tooth implants, multi-tooth implant-supported bridges, overdentures, extractions, gum and bone surgeries), cosmetic dentistry (SureSmile Clear Aligners, teeth whitening, veneers), restorative dentistry (CEREC same-day crowns, root canals, dentures), and emergency dentistry. They are equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as 3D imaging, 3D printing, CEREC for same-day crowns, and diode lasers for gum reshaping and treating canker sores. Dr. Mettens is also noted for his expertise with T-Scan™ technology for occlusal adjustments, particularly beneficial for TMD patients and those with bite issues.
