From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The doctor thoroughly explained the procedures and answered all my questions with patience and clarity.

My extraction was done and I did not feel any pain with their skilled expertise. Billing and insurance processes were straightforward, with the staff clearly explaining my coverages. I'll be returning for future visits!

If I could give this office 0 stars I would. Please stay FAR AWAY if you care about your teeth. I went 6 months ago for a cleaning. They told me I had 0 cavities and finished my cleaning in 5 min. I went to a different office yesterday for a broken tooth and the dr there told me I had a cavity that caused my tooth to break.

I requested my x-rays from this office and lo and behold I DID have cavities on that x-ray and they just didn’t address it or try to take care of it. Now I have to get a root canal on another tooth because of a mistake that the doctor and office made. Absolutely terrible service.

Just awful. If you're not Asian I wouldn't recommend. If you read the bad reviews you'll notice they are all from non-asians. Hmmm. Her english and bed-side manners are horrible. Staff is okay. Dr. Shin gets three thumbs down. And their response to the negative reviews says everything. Do yourself and your teeth a favor and do not go there. Unprofessional.

I’d give zero stars if it allowed me too. The absolute worst dentist I’ve been too. You can hardly understand her. No bed side manners. Although I came in for one specific issue, I had a slew of issues which she should have addressed once seeing the X-rays. Did she? No! I got a new dentist and behold, I could not believe what I was told. I will report this woman again. I should have read the reviews first.

If not Korean, do yourself a favor and flee. Find a better dentist. The reviews from the non-Koreans warned us. And their response to the critics is very unprofessional indeed. They are probably racist. I give her theee thumbs down.
