The dential service is always excellent here. I've been going for the last 12+yrs. I've always loved the nice family warm feeling when I came in. From the atmosphere of the facility to the front desk staff saying "hello John" before I could even speak. It felt like it's was missing this visit though. Def missed Dana too.

I will say this visit felt a little cold. I had to tell them who I was. During my cleaning even the possible border line pressure sale of a descaling vs advising me what should be done. Left me not wanting to even opt for whitening this visit, and I try to do that every other cleaning visit.
