My 3 year old son was having a rough day. He was scared of the equipment, and was verbalizing he was scared. Then he began to scream, as many children do when they’re in a situation where they don’t want to be.

The dental assistant wrote on his chart that he is a “difficult child”, and left it open for us to see. How would you feel if your child was scared, has anxiety, and you had to read that on the computer screen? I would not recommend this place at all, especially if your child is scared of doctors or dentists!!

If anyone needs a dentist for their child DO NOT go to SMILES 4 DENTIST. Everything from how their front desk management to horror stories with how dentist were with the children (one of them my 4yr old niece). I WOULD NOT recommend this pediatric dental office.

Their front desk scheduled my son multiple appts saying they reminded me by texts I didnt receive, (mind you I never scheduled him these appointments!) Then after that leave me a message that he’s due to come in and to call… So I call and they say he cant come in from missed appointments that I never scheduled! Bizarre. Ridiculous operation they’re running there. I wouldn’t give any stars but you have to as an option :/

I wish dental offices where this awesome when I was a kid. Super friendly staff and if your appointment isn't during busy hours, they are prompt, thorough, and informative. The office just projects and air of positivity and comfort for what a kid typically would find to be an uncomfortable situation.

My daughter has been going to Dental Smiles 4 Kids since 2019. She had severe dental anxiety and needed a lot of cavities filled when we switched to this office from a different provider. Everyone from the dentists, hygienist and staff are all wonderful.

They definitely had their work cut out for them over the years with my girl but each time they made her feel very comfortable, and explained each procedure as they went to calm her. As a busy mom I love the text reminders for upcoming appointments. Highly recommend! ⭐️
