Dr. Reed is attentive and skilled; she took time to discuss my crown options, showing me samples until I picked what felt right.

Her gentle touch made the procedure painless, and the result looks totally natural. The hygienists are thorough but kind, and the front desk is efficient, handling insurance and scheduling with ease. They even sent a follow-up text after my crown to check in. For dental care that’s as thoughtful as it is expert, this is the place.

Bad, really really bad is all I can say. They scheduled me for a wisdom tooth extraction on Monday, to get it done on Friday, which I made it really clear I need to get done. I had to take a day off work to go there. And all they did was tap on a wisdom tooth and asked if it hurts.

That was my localized dental inspection, that charged my insurance 155$ or so. (For max 2 minutes of work) And the "dentist" was not capable of doing extraction because she is not qualified enough (not like this was impacted extraction), I was told I need to reschedule with other doctor that comes in once a month. Than they told me they are gonna do X-rays (short and long) that they are gonna send when referring me (which they never referred me anywhere), the woman doing X-rays had no idea what she was doing, asked everyone bunch of questions before starting, than blasted me with short and long X-rays multiple times and in the end nothing came out, but no pictures at all. But yay I was told they are not gonna charge me for X-ray.

Not like radiation is bad for you or anything. Super disorganized, noone knows what they are doing just a mess of the place. Stay away at all costs! Ps scheduled appointment at different dental everything was done flawlessly the very next day, makes a huge difference when professionals do their job
