I had my first visit today. Having worked as an dental assistant for 15 years in multiple offices, I can say, I was totally impressed with this office. The entire staff is/ was Super professional, friendly, kind, courteous and caring. Dr. G is great, listening to my concerns and questions and giving honest “no frills “ advice and suggestions.

He also has a wonderful sense of humor, putting you at ease. Stacy was wonderful, my teeth look and feel great after my cleaning. I need bite a splint and they got it started right then. Scheduling is a breeze and you get text reminders making it easy and convenient for busy people. The office was so clean and organized, it looked brand new.

They have the most modern, low radiation X-ray equipment, all done with one machine, and NO PINCHY FILM HOLDER OR BULKY SENSOR in your mouth. This was THE best office visit I have ever had!! You can absolutely put your confidence in this office for the most awesome dental experience you could hope for. Thank you all @ Navarre Dentistry and Orthodontics, you are awesome!!!

Amazing experience. While a dentist appointment is not my favorite thing in the world, I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and personable environment from all staff members, especially Alyssa and Corrine. They made sure to listen to my needs/requests as well as provide quality care in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to come back here.

I will not be going back. After a filling, I needed antibiotics for a separate dental issue and I told Dr. Paris about my allergies and current medications. I told him multiple times I could not take a Z Pak and he still sent it in. I work at the pharmacy that it was sent into and my pharmacist tried calling that same day and the following day. We could not get a hold of them. My pharmacist called again on Monday and they switched my prescription to something I am allergic to.

My pharmacist called back and was told they had to talk to the prescriber and they would call us back. We received no call. Tuesday morning, I receive a personal call from them and told them again what antibiotics I can take that will not interact with my current medications. They called the pharmacy to update the prescription and my pharmacist was met with attitude over basic questions that needed answered to send in a verbal prescription. The dentist did not complete the prescription and thought he had hung up the phone. My pharmacist and I got to hear an ear full of how difficult of a patient I am and how my pharmacist doesn’t know how to do her job. My pharmacist had to call again to get the rest of the information for the prescription and was met with even more attitude for just doing her job.

I expect a level of professionalism and this place did not meet my expectations. I have never been somewhere were I was made to feel so uncomfortable due to my allergies and medications. This doesn’t even touch issues I had during my actual filling or the fact that my gums are torn up. I am disappointed.
