My visit to Neibauer Dental in Brandywine was an enjoyable experience which is unbelievable. I was greeted with a genuine smile that immediately placed me at ease. I was informed of the procedures and allowed to ask questions. The hygienist and doctors displayed professionalism and were courteous. I was impressed.

This was my first time visiting the Brandywine office and I must say the dentist (Dr Downs) and the entire staff were excellent. I spoke to Alexis initially when I called to schedule my appointment. She was very patient in answering my questions and getting me scheduled for a same day appointment. When I arrived later that afternoon for my appointment, the front office staff was very welcoming and friendly.

After waiting for 2-3 minutes, Heather, the dental assistant called me back to the dental chair. Once again, the same great professional and courteous interaction. When the dentist, Dr Downs arrived, he quickly assessed my concerns, resolved my issue (a loose retainer wire), and made recommendations for future treatments. Thanks again Neibauer Brandywine.

You are an all-star team! This entire office is very professional and customer service oriented. If you are considering a new dental team, I would highly recommend that you visit Neibauer Brandywine. You will not be disappointed! Note: I initially called the Neibauer Bowie office (5 minutes from my home) but I did not have a pleasant phone experience with them which led me to call the Neibauer Brandywine office (40 minutes from my home).

I was very impressed of how pleasant the staff were. They were very professional and at the same time, made me feel very welcome. She was the older lady at the front desk. , very humorous another thing that stood out for me was she said I am glad you made, it here safe. And that was most important. , coming from her cause you never hear anyone say things like that.

and then she said I could relax. And that they had everything covered from that point!. So I would like to say the rest of my visit was outstanding………. Thanks for all you and your staff do and then some………………………. Karen!
