Someone comment new dental offices this one is ass. Appointment for 10 am I’m stilling in a room and still have yet to be seen and it’s quarter to 12, im genuinely confused. This isn’t the first time this has happened either for all this my appointment could’ve been made for 12pm.

My first time here, I waited an hour to have my appointment. Then they said they couldn't do the procedure until they received prior authorization from insurance. This was Jan 22. Each receptionist seems to have a different idea of what their process for prior authorization is with an insurance company because 2 months later, after multiple followups with the receptionists and their billing person, my insurance has never received a request from them so they cancel my appointment last week. When cancelling, they tell me my insurance said they never received the prior authorization request but they will follow up and call me back.

Never called me back. Today, a week later, I call and the receptionist says, "We don't contact insurance companies that's your job. " So first they say they've submitted the request, then a month later, they say they never submitted it. After 2 months of this back and forth, a male receptionist says, "Sweetie, it takes 2-3 weeks to get prior authorization. " I'm an adult and have been waiting on this for months, so the condescension was the last thing I needed.

Interactions ranging from incompetent to outright rude, never going back. Edit: updating from 1 to 3 stars- the office manager Carrie contacted me and was really apologetic and helpful in getting a new appointment set up and coordinating with me about pricing for my night guard after all the confusion. I'm supposed to go pick it up in a couple weeks, and then this saga will be over. Will revisit this then.

Recently had a deep cleaning here! The receptionist was very welcoming and warm. The woman who worked on my teeth did an amazing job. She gave me a break in between and was really caring. Dentist visits can be scary however this place was sure to make you feel like it was family

I’ve needed a root canal For months now, they gave me a referral that I can’t use because they refuse to use the portal my insurance uses. Instead of allowing my insurance to show them step by step how to submit my referral they keep saying “so and so has to do it and they aren’t here today, call tomorrow. ” Then when I have my insurance call the next day, who ever is there claims that they also are incapable of doing their job.

I don’t know if it’s incompetence, laziness or both, but this has been a horrific experience and I am now in severe pain and nobody will help. Avoid this place like the plague.
