If only you could leave negative stars I would. This office is NOT reliable. You’ll make an important appointment, wait a month or two to get it, then they will call the day of and cancel it, then move you out another month…. this has happened three times now…. I desperately needed a root canal.

The last time they called to cancel my latest appointment (today) the receptionist said she was sorry, the doctor told her that he just decided not to come in today…. really?? after I had waited three months to get this root canal completed… This dentist needs to go away and retire, and stop wasting our time, he’s not a professional. I really DO NOT recommend going here….

I was told I wouldn’t be charged if the root canal wasn’t performed, but I was still billed $300. Additionally, one of the nurses was particularly rude, which made the experience even worse. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

Got a root canal filled by Dr. Brofsky just a couple days ago. I was nervous because I had never had a root canal before.

He and his assistant did a wonderful job!! I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure, they made me feel comfortable and at ease, and they were gentle throughout the appointment. I was also sent home with wonderful post care instructions and I experienced minimal soreness after the numbing wore off. Highly recommend!

One of the worst health care provider office in town. The reviews are right. Dr decides to not come to work and the office will call you 30 minutes before to cancel. My appointment got rescheduled 3 times. Then I got an appointment that overlapped with my work. I told them I couldn’t make it and needed to reschedule.

The staff said it’s not a problem if I can get there 15 minutes late. When I arrived (which was 16 minutes later, because they said it was ok), they cancelled my appointment while I was standing in the office and asked me to reschedule. Such a disrespectful place of people’s time. Get your dental work done in Roanoke. Don’t give them your business.
