I called to schedule an appointment and as soon as they heard my insurance was Medicaid I was told there were no appointments until the end of October. As someone who works in a dental office, this is a practice I've seen many other offices do- push off Medicaid patients in the hopes they won't come in. Sadly, I am aware of this trick and am disgusted by it. Very disappointed as Dr.

Lugo was referred to me by my co-worker, who used to work for her. I mentioned this and was still told no visits until October/November.

Yes, I too thought that she was a “good” dentist, but now I know that she isn’t. Dr. Lugo messed up my teeth and doesn’t care to give her patients 3-5 minutes of her time to answer their question. This is proof that she does not want to have nor cares for her patients.

When asked for a call back or come in person to see her, she refuses to speak with you because “she doesn't have the time”……. translated she doesn’t care for her patents………. .
