*Update 2, the office manager did call me back to get more information. She is going to forward my experience to the higher ups(which I definitely appreciate). Adding a star for the experience with her alone* *Update, I am now getting alerts for a $37 balance. When I explained what happened and felt I should not be responsible as the dentist clearly wasn't trying, they told me I still had to pay it or it'll go to collections. Waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak with the manager.
I couldn't stay on hold any longer* I went here with extreme tooth pain, they took a bunch of xrays and did an exam. Was told I need a deep cleaning then come back. The pain got worse so I ended up going somewhere else who after taking a couple of xrays said my tooth was cracked in 3 places up to the nerve. I'm truly unsure how that would have been missed the first time. I had the tooth pulled when I got a second opinion somewhere else and the pain was gone!

The staff were nice but when the doctor checked my teeth and said I have a baby tooth that need to go ( didn’t point it out ) and I am not versed in medical terms at all. I didn’t figure which one until it was gone and it was one of my front teeth… I am ashamed to even laugh now because I’m missing a teeth and when I asked how are they going to fix it they said I’m gonna have to pay 2000 to fix it and with a different doctor!!! You didn’t have to take it in the first place.
I honestly hate the doctor for doing this to me. I’m a college student there is no way I can pay to fix my front tooth…

This was a dehumanizing experience. I first have to say it's been many many years since I visited the dentist due to phobias and anxiety. upon scheduling the appointment and submitting my new patient information I put in the comment area my fears and concerns. letting them know that I need someone to take their time and make sure things are explained to me. My first visit. X-rays were taken the 1st dentist he seemed a bit rushed and the Red Haired associate( she checks the spaces between your teeth and gums) she Kept making comments about "nappy hair") I digress. the first dentist slowed down and answered questions and gave me options. I agreed on which direction I wanted to take as far as getting my teeth repaired. we settled everything and I paid the total plan amount IN FULL. So no additional monies needed to be paid upon my last three visits. My second visit, BAM PAYMENT $217. but I'M paid in full. The receptionist (shorter lady with salt and pepper boobed hair cut) did not check my account thoroughly. (I'm noticing that instead of due diligence the office staff of Riccobene & Associates Family Dentistry formally Night & Day likes to make assumptions) My scheduled cleaning did not happen at all.
The female dentist of Asian descent was so dismissive refusing service stating that "if any services were performed(at this location) it would mess up my benefits", assuming that I had a different " Sub-standard Insurance provider. " WHAT? She Refused to wash her hands, stating that she washed her hands down the hall. The red haired associate asked her 3 time to wash. She put on gloves. I was so uncomfortable. The dentist could tell. So instead of reaching into my mouth, she, the dentist just looked at my xrays. Then dismissing me to go elsewhere for unneeded laser procedure. I asked three different times why I was not at least getting a cleaning something that has been paid for. I left very disappointed, hurt, confused. Three hours later I received a call from the "office Manager" informing me to come back to the dentist for cleaning. (I'm guessing someone on their staff finally did some due diligence and checked my account. ) I had questions. I need to understand why I'm being treated of dismissively.
for reasons unknown she could not answer. (side note: I was in the office for an hour and a half. There is no way I'm going back to insulted and made to feel less than. ) I, then had to wait until the next day to get a call for DeaJa, which never happened. So I hade to visit the office and of course I was fed a lot of excuses. At this point I'm simply requested a full refund, conformation that the contract has been cancelled and my Insurance provider notified that they (Riccobene & Associates Family Dentistry formally Night and Day Dentistry) refused service to me not because of any actions on my part. The 2nd dentist just looked at me ASSUMED and PREJUDGED that I was less then. I will post an update in 7 to 10 business days. That should be plenty of time for this whole debacle to be corrected by Riccobene & Associates Family Dentistry formally Night and Day Dentistry and go away. Its sad when the paying customer is more professional then the staff. An apology would be nice, I did not deserve to be treated in such a horrible way. NO ONE DOES!!!!!

My experience with Night & Day Dental was awesome! This place was very clean and I loved the feeling of being at home from the way it looked on the inside. Nice comfortable setting. The Dental assistants we're very nice and caring especially Kelsey! She spent so much time with me explaining everything that I needed to know. Dr.
Lee was awesome and he did a fantastic job extracting my tooth. I will definitely make this my Dental home! Thank you all for your service.
