They are friendly and always give the best in care. I'm very fortunate to have such a great dental team. The office is clean, modern and I know they will always give their best. They take great care of my teeth.

I love this dental office. I have been the patient since Dr. Bass first joined this office. Over the years, this office provides excellent service for my teeth. I was amazed of the perfect job Dr.

Bass had done to fix my broken front tooth. The repaired tooth just blended so well with the other teeth. The office now having two outstanding doctors, along with all the experienced and skillful hygienists and associates, provide the service that I feel being at the top of list.

This office canceled my appointment due to the weather. The particular day that they canceled the office could’ve been open. The roads were fine and we could’ve had our appointment that we waited at five months for however I got a voicemail at 3 PM the day before telling me that they were canceling and they would contact me. Here It is two weeks later. I have yet to be contacted. I reach out to them and ironically, they have a cancellation two days from today. I let them know before I need time to pre-plan and takeoff from work.

I was told that they were going to open up Friday availability and let me know once they did, the communication has been very poor and an appointment has yet to be made . All of this is from the information that was provided to me. So apparently, today I found out that was incorrectly given to me by their employee who did these calls. And still no appointment has been made. I have asked if I could go ahead and get on the books not once but twice no response. The only response that I’m given is that they’re doing the best that they can to work with cancellations. .

In my opinion, that’s not good enough when I waited five months for my original appointment. Correcting I believe my review may have changed the date. Now being told can’t be seen until June. This is a joke.
