The whole dental staff at OV dental was very friendly and courteous (front desk personnel and doctors) The experience was phenomenal! Everything was explained to me in careful detail by the doctors, but what really put me over the edge was how knowledgeable the front desk personnel was on my treatment plan. I can't think of her name, but I loved how detail she was and how she was able to not make me feel deflated about the plan. I have anxiety and by the time that I left I was feeling more informed and felt that I could make it through.

She even pulled out her reference chart so that I could really vision the plan . I could have talked to them all day that's how comfortable they make you feel at OV dental and health. You ROCK !!!

Went to the Norfolk location … ladies up front were pretty nice the day of but I called again to speak to someone about my results and those ladies were not too friendly at all and acted like if they were delusional to what my concern was. The NP Margarita &’ her nurse was very friendly and professional. The nurse that did my blood drawl was not too nice and didn’t have good manors at all. Then when I got a call about my results I spoke to a nurse “Mrs walker” who wasn’t too friendly at all.

I informed her that my PT portal was indicating something different than she was telling me and she basically indicated that that has nothing to do with her and that her job is too relay whatever message the doctor told her too, which I understand but she almost showed no interest in to what my concern was and was very quick to just rush me off the phone. Don’t think I’ll be returning. The amount of attitude that some of these women carry is genuinely concerning.

I had a great experience! I received excellent customer service from beginning to end! I really enjoyed my interactions with Jasmine and Dr. Walker.

I can tell that they are passionate in what they do!! Excellent customer service goes a long way! I ensured that I gave them their kudos!!! Dr. Walker is very thorough!! She ensures that she does not miss anything! She keeps it 100 in a good way! I learned some new information/ terms regarding my teeth! I looking forward to getting my cleaning done on my next visit! On another note, while waiting outside for the office to open, all of the staff that I met greeted me in a friendly manner!
