Yes indeed going to the dentist can indeed be a wonderful experience! My very first time at OMNI proved to be just that. I was greeted by the receptionist with a beautiful smile and welcome. She is very professional and explained ormseverything from insurance to completing the initial forms. The wait for the xray technician was minimal. She too greeted me warmly and was pleasant and professional. Prior to each xray she informed me which teeth and on which side she would take the photo. She also thanked me for ermy cooperation but truly I thank her for making this part of my visit a pleasure. Dr.

Krinker came and introduced herself to me. She was highly referred but let me say that she was beyond amazing. Super nice, respectful, explained the xray result ould not leave and did an oral exam to make certain that the care she would provide would not leave anything out. She checked my gums, every tooth and did a great cleaning with care alway questioning if I had any pain which I did not. She further explained and too high def photos to show me where the issues I had were of e offconcen and needed to be addressed. I did not feel for one moment that Dr. Krinker was trying to "rip me off". She prioritized that which needed immediate attentitoon verses that which could wait.

She also. said she will detail all costs in an email to me They do not come better than Dr. Krinker, I wish I. knew of her years ago. She is a genuine human being and a true professional of the highest caliber. I am privileged to have her as my dentist. Warren Feierstein

So happy I made the right choice to come to this dentist office. I am someone who is afraid of the dentist so I was very nervous about the appointment. However, I did feel comfortable and felt no pain during my dental procedure. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the office everyone was very kind and pleasant.

A cup of green tea also made me feel warm and welcomed that they offer upon arrival. I will be returning to get my teeth cleaned in a few weeks and recommending to family and friends. Very pleased with my smile thanks to Dr. Borshch
