I just had my wisdom teeth removed today. I felt inclined to write a review after a phone call from Dr. Kramer from home to check in on me. The experience was probably the best experience I've ever had in any healthcare setting. Dr. Kramer is one of the kindest, most gentle humans I've ever encountered. From the initial consultation all the way up through the surgery and post-op, he was warm and comforting.
I never felt rushed out the door or like just another number at any point. His bedside manor is truly admirable. He explained things clearly and thoroughly and always made sure to answer any questions I had. He treated me as he would one of his loved ones. His calm and confident demeanor made me feel safe during a nerve-wracking time. I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend anyone looking for an oral surgeon to him.
Thank you Dr. Kramer you are one of a kind! PS. He starts his own IVs. As a nurse myself I was impressed. I've never seen an MD start an IV in all my years as a bedside nurse.

I had the best experience at this practice! Dr. Kramer placed my implant and did a phenomenal job. I consulted with him after a disappointing experience with another local oral surgeon. Dr. Kramer is amazing with patient communication and he is also incredibly honest and fairly priced- please take my advice on this.
In three years I had consulted with 3 different oral surgeons and this one definitely spent the most time with me; explained things thoroughly; and didn’t add extras onto an already costly procedure. It’s an added bonus that the office staff are always pleasant and friendly and I never experienced long wait times for appointments. Thank you all for helping me a have such a smooth experience! If you need an oral surgeon I highly recommend Dr. Kramer.

I had 2 wisdom teeth out and also did some extra work on extra gum tissue I had, was a little nervous bout it but after all it went pretty good. I liked how there was other people in the room helping. I was surprised Dr Kramer called me on Saturday , that’s an oral surgeon that cares!! He was calm. Great service all around.

UPDATE! 7/7/2025 This has been weighing heaving on me for the last few weeks but although I have always thought Dr Kramer was kind and cares for his patients I am thoroughly disappointed in my last visit. He stated he could not do the surgeries for my kids cause he didn’t feel it was safe to do In his office setting. and he would have to do multiple surgeries and recommended us to go to Univ of Md oral surgery-DO NOT GO THERE-Look at their reviews!! Which I didn’t do because I trusted Dr Kramer to refer us to somewhere good. I understand his concern for not wanting to do the surgeries but after such a bad experience at Univ Md where they said they could not do the surgeries in one setting either I was willing to do multiple surgeries with Dr Kramer and called back to speak to office. His front desk is THE WORST! That has always been my one complaint. When I tried to explain I was told “He already said he wouldn’t do it so no use in coming back down for a consult.
Good luck in finding what you need” and hung up the phone. I just couldn’t believe it. We had been going there for years. Sad this is how it ended. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kramer!! He makes my children feel so comfortable and genuinely cares about them and all his patients.
I could tell that from the first time we were there. He will even personally call and check up on you. If you have any worries or concerns, you need to see Dr. Kramer!!!!
