Oral Surgery - All Insurances Accepted

Originally had scheduled for a wisdom tooth removal consultation but they were able to perform the surgery the same day which was very convenient. They were also able to accommodate my 2 brothers with the same appointment. It was my first time meeting Dr. Etufugh and she's wonderful to talk to and is very responsive.

The surgeries went well and I barely feel any pain which credits to her ability. Would love to become a regular.

If it was possible I would give them a 0 They’re so unprofessional my daughter got the treatment done for canaling tooth on November they told us to wait 2 weeks or so to book another appointment for the next part of the canaling tooth. It’s now February and we had to call to book appointments which we did for January 20 they cancelled it apparently the doctor was in the ER and then we reschedule again because they said they would call us back but they didn’t.

However for February 2nd they cancelled it again apparently doctor was still sick … I called again they make you wait just so you can book appointment What’s also unacceptable is they automatically take your money from the bank but can’t even send a message when the transaction payment is done!?!? I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!! This is the most unprofessional “dental clinic” out there. First, they scheduled appointments for you before they open up, and they scheduled 10 ppl for the same time slot. I waited outside for an half hour till someone opened the doors. I originally scheduled an appointment for a CT scan, and was told it will be $550. Then, after waiting outside for a half hour, then waiting inside for another hour, finally had the scan done. After that, they had me waiting in a room for another 20 minutes, just for someone to come in and tell me that that type of scan needs a “radiology report”.

Guess what? To read that scan, they charged me another $650. They said the report takes 2 weeks. And in the meantime- dealing with teeth pain. 2 weeks goes by- still no report and ZERO communication from them. I started calling them every day, a few times a day. All they do is put me on hold and avoid taking my calls.

I’ve asked for a copy of my scan so I can take it somewhere else- they won’t send it. These people are SCAMMERS!!!!! Highly unprofessional, and have no idea what they’re doing. Still waiting for “Manager Jene” to call me back and send me my scan. Shame on you!
