My first time experience was very welcoming, comfortable, and thorough. Taylor, Karen, and the doctor all took very good care of me. I was more than impressed by the high tech equipment that was used that I’ve never experienced before. Everyone gets 5 stars, all I saw was smiles throughout the office.

I switched to Parkstone dental care because the dental Hygienist I dealt in the past was rude. When I arrived for the appointment, I was greeted like they met me before. My name was called and I proceeded to the consultation room where I was again greeted with respect by the hygienist Liana. She really took her time to break it down in detail what she will do. Then come a caring Dr.

Knap who made my teeth dancing inside my mouth. The cleaning was done with care and the end result was outstanding. I recommend this place to whoever needs to have a clean mouth. They exceeded my expectations

This office is absolutely amazing!! The front desk staff is extremely professional and friendly.The environment is clean and upbeat. The nurse made me feel so comfortable and welcome and they work fast and accurate! There was not gimmicks or pressure for payment, or sells pitch for other services. I believe I found my new dental home!!

This is by far the best dentist office I have been to over my lifetime. The office staff is incredibly friendly and polite, they just have such good vibes. The dentist and technicians were so kind and helpful as well. I was nervous to go because I had not gone to the dentist in years (yeah yeah. . I know. ) but the dentist didn’t judge or make me feel guilty about it.

He was kind and made a plan to help fix my issues. He said we are working on “realistic goals” rather than trying to shame me about not flossing multiple times a day. By far the most respectful way and made the experience way better for me. Taylor was so helpful in my cleaning and so sweet, she answered my questions and was patient with me. Overall, it was great first time experience and I feel like I was well taken care of. Glad to have found a dentist that is there to help.
