Rolling Ridge is the best dental office I’ve even been to. The staff was kind, professional and understanding. They were punctual, which is very important to me. I felt my time was well respected. They also took time to address all my concerns. The hygienist (Keisha) did an amazing job cleaning my teeth.

She was gentle and very considerate. Dr. Nina was the best! Very knowledgeable and efficient, treated me with respect and listened. I left this visit knowing I am in the best of hands, and my teeth are healthy.

I had previously been going to a corporate bigger dentist group. This burn and turn atmosphere had kind of a salesy atmosphere to it, so it left me looking for a new dentist. My girlfriend referred me to this dentist and after my first appointment I’m sold.

Everyone was extremely friendly! From the front desk helping me figure out my insurance, to my hygienist Keisha, the doctor and even the girl who did my whitening. Everyone in the office was great! Definitely couldn’t recommend this office more.

Venice Stacker

Husband went in for a simple filling on a tooth and told the dentist that he was not numbed all the way during the procedure, and that he could still feel everything. Dentist proceeded stating he should be numb. After several more attempts to try and get the dentist to stop drilling, the dentist finally stopped and told him that they weren’t sure where to go from there. Long story short, the procedure was never completed and they still charged my husband for a partial filling since the dentist drilled the surface and of course it needed to be filled. I called and spoke to the office manager.

Office manager said she would get back to me, that was months ago. Never received a refund and never received an apology for the pain and trauma. since then, my husband has had nothing but pain and issues with that tooth. Went to a different dentist, and due to the half job that was done, my husband had to be treated for an infection. They were able to complete the job and numb him completely without any issues.

The lack of respect or concern is completely disheartening and the fact that he was sent out with not even a recommendation to maybe be seen elsewhere since they couldn’t help him. They had no issues taking his money though.

I have had such a great experience at Rolling Ridge. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I do not feel pressured or overcharged. Tristan is my hygienist and she is so great! I have not had great dental experience in my past but they always make me feel comfortable. My kids also like coming and they are great with them. I would highly recommend
