Lovella (spelling?) did a fantastic job cleaning, Victoria was great with X-rays, and Dr. Sangha is very knowledgeable and thorough. Mary at the reception desk was very helpful and patient as I had to change my appointment several times.

I recently started coming to Pearl Dental Norwalk and have no complaints. The office is clean. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially at the front desk. I had been looking for a dental office since moving to CT a few years ago and have changed offices several times, but I think I found my permanent dentist. Dr.

Shangha is so nice, makes great conversation and does excellent work. I especially love that she isn’t pushy which is why I haven’t returned to other dentists. I’d highly recommend Pearl Dental.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare masquerading as a dental office. They told me they accepted my insurance, but what did they do? Sat on the claim for YEARS. And now, out of the blue, I’m being hounded for hundreds—plus interest!—for services they said were covered. This is not just shady—it’s borderline FRAUD.

Let’s be clear: In the state of Connecticut, businesses are legally required to provide accurate billing and submit insurance claims in a timely manner. Delaying submission for years—years!—and then attempting to charge the full balance + interest is not only unethical, it may violate CT Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) and insurance claim handling regulations. They either have zero idea what they’re doing, or they’re running a scam hoping patients won’t fight back. Newsflash: I’m fighting back. I’ve filed a complaint with the Connecticut Department of Insurance and Consumer Protection, and I suggest anyone else who’s been burned by them do the same.

Run—don’t walk—far away from this office. They’re unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. Save yourself the legal headache and the financial ambush.
