Never met anyone who likes having Dental work done … I become a giant baby . They were just amazing ! Dr Larry Ufberg is so knowledgeable and kind . Plus, his entire staff put me at ease and seemed to genuinely care. I highly recommend PA Endodontics . In this ever crazy world , it’s nice to know there are still great people out there . I won’t say it was a great experience because getting a root canal inherently sucks, but Dr. H was professional and courteous. She answered all my questions, let me know what to expect from the procedure, and did a fantastic job performing the procedure. If you need experienced, humane endodontic care I recommend Dr.

H and her colleagues at PA Endodontic Specialists. I hope to never need to go here again, but if I need endodontic care in the future this is where I’ll go for sure.

I had been going here for probably 15 years whenever I needed a root canal. My last appointment was a 180 to my previous experiences. Things have changed drastically and they operate in a much less patient-centered manner than perilously. During my latest root canal, the doctor and assistant spoke to each other and didn’t address me once. I was clearly uncomfortable and shifting in my chair but not once “we’re halfway done, are you doing okay” nothing.

This appointment was about 90 minutes. I then asked that they call in my antibiotic Rx to my pharmacy as I had to get back to work. This enraged them, I still needed X-rays and the assistant was so rough with me and literally shaking with rage. Later that day I called the office manager to address this issue. They still hadn’t called in my RX for a series of excuses/ miscommunications and the OM continued to explain why this was an unreasonable request.

I had to return for the second part of this treatment and was treated as an enemy and roughly. When Dr. Kirsch was part of this practice, it was really nice. As someone that gets a lot of endodontic work, I won’t be returning to this practice.
