The front staff does not greet patients and they makes you feel they are being forced to work. The girls were on their personal phones. The practice does not give you reminder for the scheduled appt. We had appt and we were not called for an hour and we cancelled the appt. The only reason I chose this practice was for insurance purposes.

But I'm utterly disappointed and no wonder why the reviews are so bad. The doctors are not personable, they are in a big hurry. Not pleased with the set up, it's one big longue, have 5-7 dental chairs. It's kiosk.

During this time of Covid 19 I was already hesitant about bringing my kids to the dentist. So after putting it off for a couple months , I finally decided they could come. I gave my kids pep talks reassuring them things were gonna be safe and I took off work. Why did the receptionist call me 1 HOUR BEFORE the appointment to say she can't see my kids. I'm very dissatisfied and now my kids definitely don't wanna go! Smh. . IM BACK. .

. ON 5/27/25 I scheduled my child a regular appt for cleaning. The appt was at 4pm. Its currently 4:50 pm & we are still sitting in this damp smelly lobby. I arrived at 3:45pm. Went to the rude receptionist who informed me they was having plumbing issues and she don't know what time we will be seen 😱. They close at 5 pm so i guess my child will receive a rushed cleaning so they can all leave at the 5pm closing time! I try to support ethnic owned businesses, but these are the types of problems that continue to happen. DO BETTER!!

I Do NOT recommend this facility. I had scheduled appointments for my 7-year-old and 1-year-old children and after reading these reviews, I am relieved that I left. This location seems to be in a high-crime area, making safety a concern. Parking is inadequate, adding to the inconvenience.

The office’s front area is notably unclean and outdated, raising concerns about the hygiene standards in treatment areas. Last but not least, the front office staff are discourteous and lack customer service.

HORRIBLE!! 1st time they took 45 min, after our scheduled appointment, to take us back. Regular cleanings took about an hour. 2nd time My daughter had an appointment for a cavity at 10am. We got here on time, they took her to a room after 30 min waiting in the lobby and numbed her an HOUR after waiting in a room. We were there almost 3 hours! RIDICULOUS!
