AS I PATIENT WITH A TOOTHACHE I HAD TO TOLERATE THE PAIN AND THE NASTY ATTITUDE OF RECEPTIONISTS. When I read the bad reviews before coming to the dental office, I didn’t believe them but the bad experience proved me wrong. Terribly rude customer service 👎👎👎 One of the receptionists cannot even talk with manners. I called to ask if they sent my prescription of painkillers to the pharmacy yet as I waited for about 3-4 hours WITH PAIN and the receptionist talked down to me yelling that I should have asked her to send . As a patient I never encountered such situation where I had to ask receptionists to send prescriptions.
Thats just not my responsibility as a patient. Not professional at all. The lady who took my x-rays, dropped the plate on my apron which wasn’t even disposable and put it back in my mouth quickly🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I can’t tell about doctors as I didn’t get any treatment. Doctors may be good but the negligent and rude receptionists can ruin the whole image of the dental office. Waiting time is too long.
I had to wait for 45-50 minutes to see the doctor. I will never be back to this dental office again. Not recommended 👎👎👎

I went on here for a dental check up and cleaning. They did an x-Ray, and then said everything was alright but gave me a referral to get rid of my wisdom tooth but I don’t feel any pain? (Yea no I’m getting a second opinion) Then they scheduled me for a cleaning which was schedule for the next month. Essentially a waste of time and money, could’ve done xRay and cleaning in one appointment.
Don’t go here.

Made my appointment 2 months in advance because my schedule is very tight, the receptionist just called to confirm my appointment and I was scheduled for different day that I never asked to schedule. When I came for my last appointment I was not even scheduled at all even though I made that appointment in person and made sure I got it. The doctor is really good but reception employees don’t know how to do their job at all, I’m tired of arguing with them every time when they mess up my appointment and I’m loosing my time and money because of this.
Never coming back to this clinic, complete mess.

My mom recently had a complex dental procedure at this office, and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care she received. Everyone was very attentive, kind, and treated her with the respect and compassion throughout the process. A special thank you to Dr. Daniel Roizman, Dr. Aminov, and Dr. Poznaynskii for their excellent care.
Dr. Aminov, in particular, stood out for his professionalism, deep knowledge, and attentiveness to my mom’s specific needs. His assistant Lena was also wonderful—very gentle and kind, which made a big difference during a long and challenging treatment. The front desk staff, especially Tania, was always welcoming and helpful. The entire team made a stressful situation much easier and more comfortable for my mom. Highly recommend this dental office!
