This was my first visit to the Potomac Dental Centre and it was a pleasant experience. Recently, I cracked a molar, lost two crowns and I sought dental assistance. Over these passing months, I visited three Dental offices ( luckily I did not have pain), but I didn't want to get an infection, either. I had Xrays taken, examinations done, etc. and for various reasons (med complications, age, possible sinus interference), none seemed liked they wanted to get involved. The last Dental office ,I visited, reluctantly, said he would get back to me,with an appointment date.

After waiting two months and still counting, I hadn't heard back from him. I started to get very concerned as to what I would do----people have teeth pulled every day! My granddaughter-in law, Katie, referred me to you, as her employer, and the rest is history. I received excellent care and contentment, Dr. Rhett. Thanks!

After suffering for over a week I finally found a dentist practice that would take me. Being in a fairly new area near Chambersburg, I could not find help. I came across this office that advertised as an emergency dental clinic as well as a regular dentist office. They are anything but regular. They are great. Dr. Logan was so nice and I am looking forward to having him as my dentist.

Hilary was very sweet. They are very upfront about every procedure and the cost they recommend . I like that. No surprises. I highly recommend this dental practice.

WARNING: This post can be confirmed by reading other patient reviewer 1 Star Reviews with the same experiences and issues. It seems to be a pattern as this has happened to other patients before. When I called this office to ask if I was in the provider’s network they will tell you YES, as I was. Who would make an appointment with a dentist that doesn’t accept your insurance??? After the initial consultation, upon checking out, they will inform you (me) that you aren’t in their network and you receive a bill for services.

You will also be asked to leave a “card on file, just in case “ which you will be charged for anything that your insurance company doesn’t, which is everything, and they did. You will also be given an estimate for your portion of the next visits bill, I was, which, you will be asked to pay prior to or at your next appointment. The prices are incredibly high for extractions, implants and tests. I pay my premiums to my insurance company, the dental office provides services, the dental office bills my insurance and I pay the remainder.

Don’t try to reinvent the system. 1 Star- would not recommend.
