I have my son's first appointment in a week so I can't comment yet on service, but I will say this, the girl that answered the phone (wish I could remember her name) to schedule my appointment was so friendly, helpful and so polite. I'm excited to see how the rest of my son's appointment will go! Will update in a week. Update: the office was clean and everyone was very kind, friendly and polite.

What a great experience with fabulous results! My daughter loves her new smile- our best accessory in life. Dr Mansour was gentle, kind and on time with length of treatment and expectations. Melissa and Kendra at the front desk are so delightful to talk to upon check in, return calls promptly and make every effort to accommodate a crazy schedule.

My son is still in treatment with a few months left. Looking forward to his final result. Thank you!

The office is cheerfully decorated and very clean. The tvs are a nice touch to calm the patients while they are being treated, with the exception of the technician who plays makeup tutorials instead of videos geared toward younger patients. The entire staff has been friendly and helpful during all of our visits with the exception of the makeup obsessed tech. She's not our favorite.

We will request a different tech on our next visit. That will raise our stars to 5 The doctor is very knowledgeable and skilled. She has a pleasant demeanor.

I want to first start off by acknowledging Melissa and Kendra, who have made this experience with (my Son)‘s braces amazing for every question I’ve had financially or appointments has been handled with such professionalism. When sitting in the front line of an office and being there with a bright smile and making the appointment welcoming, and understanding is what all patience should experience.

If my review helps a mom and the future questions she will have an experiences for her child coming here to this office will be handled with grace and patience.
