I have never met a dentist so honest, caring and truthful. All the office staff was so professional and warm. Even the X-ray tech was dope 🤫. From the moment I walked in and spoke, Blondie ( forgot name) knew my name. Jazz, Blondie and Red head made me feel so comfortable and welcomed.

My mouth is in such bad shape and with the very first visit they made me feel like I can fix it 🥹. I have always hated the dentist out of fear. I wish I would have gone to this dentist a long time ago. Thank you ladies! If you're looking for a dental office that cares, please go here! You won't be disappointed 🥰😍🥳🥲🥹 I promise

This office has been the worst place to get dental care. I accompanied my mother a few weeks ago to her appointment because since she started the process of getting her dental bridge, she has been in constant discomfort. When the doctor came in he assured us that it will all be over now since her bridge was finally done and ready to be placed in and that the one she had on was only a temporary one that had to come out within 4-6 weeks but it had been months and no one had said anything about it being temporary. She had been feeling like a air socket whenever she talked or ate and hypersensitivity throughout her all teeth. However when the doctor tried to remove the supposed temporary one, he said that it was already cemented in by Dr. Campbell and couldn’t be removed without running the risk of breaking her actual tooth. There seemed to be alot of confusion and questions asked amongst the other dental assistants and front desk lady.

My mother insisted that it felt like it wasn’t placed properly but they only tried to shift the blame onto her saying that she’s not brushing properly and that their job was done correctly. . A few minutes later, we hear another patient in the next room/chair complaining about the same issue, same discomfort, about his crown placement, and then the same blame shifted onto him for not brushing properly… Before that bridge was placed on she had a different temporary one as well that was way too big and sharp which had been cutting away at her tongue and cheek for almost 2 weeks in where I also came in to advocate for my mom for them to at least try to make her a bit more comfortable. Apparently their excuse for that was that they had “ran out of time” even tho she had been at the office with her 8yo son for hoursss waiting for them to tend to her. The front lady explained to me, that they try to help as many people possible which is why they were so busy. But is it really helping when they’re making the patients wait uncomfortably for hours or giving them rushed treatment leaving them in pain and discomfort?!They sent out her bridge to be made twice because the first one cracked while they were trying to force it in. My mother believes that it was because they shaved down her tooth to the point where it was no longer going to fit/ stay in place.

It has all been a horrible and confusing experience for her in which I also feel to blame since I was the first one in the family to go to this office just for a cleaning in which everyone was so extremely nice asking/insisting on me writing them a 5 star review and to recommend them to others. . even as I was leaving the office the lady who calls herself “the machine” hugging me and still asking if I wrote the review already. To do it right away! After everything that has happened, I know now that it was all a facade to get their ratings up. Wasted thousands of dollars and my mother’s dental bridge is just sitting in their office and she is left with constant discomfort. I hope sharing this will help others think twice before getting treatment here.

Dr. Jamshed is a great dentist. Loved the service, care, attention, and overall professionalism. We drove in from a 1. 5 hr driver to see him, and my time and money (tolls) was well-worth it.

The staff at the front desk sent me my X-rays on my email as requested, and were all very helpful. Only problem which I would like to share is that the wait time can get annoying. It took about 1 hr after paperwork (first visit) to get called, even though the appt was already booked from before.

I have visited the Glendale and Sheepshead Bay offices. Great staff. They were courteous, empathetic & professional staff. I really appreciated the all of the time that Doctors Steven & Garda spent in rectifying & planning my dental care. Dr.

David at the Glendale office was the 1 doctor to treat me at this practice. He was very calming & thorough in his exam & recommendations. I AM A HAPPY NEW PATIENT. 😀
